It gets asked every year (well, except the years Amecon isn't on) so here goes...

What are the plans for guests this year?
Do you already have guests lined up for the con and if so when will you announce them?
Will it be before the registrations start?
If not, can you confirm that you will be getting voice actor/seiyuu guests as usual?
Will Monica be returning? (I missed her at Aya last year)
etc...

And might as well start talking about some voice actors and/or seiyuu guests people want as well.

Troy Baker and Michelle Ruff are two voice actors I'd really like to meet. Heh in a Tales of Vesperia mood at the moment. Joe J. Thomas too but also because is the voice of thosw Yodelling Lederhosen toys as well as Raven which has always left me with a funny mental image :D

We will have guests, however they are highly unlikely to be announced by the time registrations opens. That's all we can say for the moment :P

In the meantime, feel free to suggest away ^_^ You never know...

There's so many people I want to suggest XD I think instead of the usual voice actor, it'd be nice to have a guest from a different aspect of Japanese culture. For example, ex-Takarasiennes of the Takarazuka Revue!

Ex-'Siennes I would love to see at Amecon are Sena Jun, Shibuki Jun, Ayaki Nao (this would make my LIFE! <3 ), Ayabuki Mao, Asami Hikaru etc.

Also, HANGRY&ANGRY, Versailles, Morning Musume etc would be AMAZING to see!

In terms of Seiyuu, if you ever managed to bring over Mikako Takahashi over here, I would seriously find the person who made the decision and bow at his/her feet. Or just thank them if they found my worship disturbing... ^^;

As for Voice Actors...? Brina Palencia, Brittney Karbowski, Carrie Savage, Luci Christian, Carrie Savage, Stephanie Sheh, Carrie Savage, erm... Carrie Savage?

*hand up* Monica Rial and Chris Patton would be great if they can return, and Greg Ayers (missed out meeting him last time). Johnny Yong Bosch would be great as well :3

I don't know if seiyuu guests would actually happen, but I'd adore it if Ono Daisuke or Miyano Mamoru came. Even Suwabe Junichi, Fukuyama Jun, Morita Masakazu, Sugita Tomokazu or Suzumura Kenichi would be equally awesome. That's just me dreaming though XD

Well Halko happened at Aya. But then I wouldn't mind seeing some home grown guests, like Jonathan Clements or Paul Gravett. HaroGenki could get his copy of Manga: 60 Years of Japanese Comics signed.

Woman, I'd never have known about that thing if you hadn't dragged it out of the bookcase. Don't get your hopes up. XD
Humm...Brian Drummond, possibly, would be my pick if I were asked. Vegeta, Milliardo Peacecraft, Vindicare Assassin...memetic badass right there.

Seconding Matt Mercer again, he was awesome. Imagine Matt Mercer and Monica Riel co presenting. That would be FTW right there.

Another vote for Vic Mignogna, Brad Swaile and Greg Ayres.
Would also like to meet Travis Willingham.

And really unlikely I know, but it would make my con if you could get Miyano Mamoru ^^

It would be thoroughly awesome if you could get any of these guys to provide music:

JAM Project/Masaaki Endoh
May'n
Yoshiyuki Fukuyama (the guy who did ALL of Fire Bomber's music, plus the King Gainer OP)
The Brilliant Green (the band who did Ash Like Snow)
L'Arc en Ciel

As to interesting people I'd like to see as guests:

Yoshiyuki Tomino
Mari Iijima
Shoji Kawamori
Ryosuke Takahashi
Syd Mead
Kondo Kazuhisa
Haruhiko Mikimoto
Leiji Matsumoto

Other possible VAs could be:

Toru Furuya (double points if we could get Brad Swaile too)
Shuichi Ikeda

(yeah, I'm a total mecha nut)

I know all of these are total pipe dreams, but one can hope!
